It was located in a fabulous area on a hill.

The location was excellent! Right at one end of the Royal Mile. So much walking right at your doorstep. Garage parking was a bonus in the city. the apartment was roomy and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. Having a small sitting area was really nice. the bed was very comfy. Madam Cath, the host, was very kind and accommodating. the apartment was full of facilities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. the place was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Felt so at home, no reason to complain.

We had a very comfortable stay in a well-presented apartment with a great location. The host was friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of sightseeing materials. The secure car parking was a bonus, and the supermarket nearby was convenient. I would highly recommend this place.

The setting was unbeatable and magnificent. Also, it was based near the Parliament Building. We had apartment with bedrooms...

We had a comfortable stay in Edinburgh right by the Royal Mile, pubs and restaurants as well as Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and many other attractions. The location was perfect, 10 minutes' walk from a combined museum. In fact, it was located near the Parliament Building. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

We stayed 3 nights and had really comfortable time. We didn't want to leave and would definitely stop here again👌😀

We got great value for our money at Alba Apartments- Gentle's Entry. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the Royal Mile and easily accessible to the New Town. The staff, especially Cath, were lovely and provided us with helpful information and recommendations.

The morning meal could have been improved with more breakfast options.

I had a fantastic stay at Alba Apartments- Gentle'S Entry. the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with lots of handy information. the apartment's central location was superb, just 2 minutes from the Royal Mile. It was modern and thoughtfully equipped to a high standard, with nice details such as soft loo paper and toiletries provided. the apartment even had rain capes and umbrellas, which came in handy in the rainy weather of Edinburgh. it was a delightful place to stay and I would highly recommend it as a lovely base to explore this beautiful historic city. Cons: Absolutely nothing 😊.

We were able to walk to everything and explore the Royal Mile. the apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. It even had a washer, which was convenient. the host, Madam Cath, was welcoming and provided us with lots of information about the city. a great experience. Cons: Nothing for me. 👍.

Our stay at Alba Apartments- Gentle's Entry was fantastic! The location was perfect for sightseeing, with Holyrood Palace nearby and plenty of touristy shops within walking distance. The host was incredibly accommodating, especially considering our late flights. We were also pleased with the quiet and comfortable apartment. I highly recommend this place for a great stay in Edinburgh.

I recently stayed at Alba Apartments for 3 nights with friends and it was fantastic. The location was central and we could easily walk to all the iconic attractions. Having on-site parking was a great bonus and there was a Tesco nearby for shopping. We also discovered a great vegetarian cafe just around the corner. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. The view and access to walking tracks up to Arthur's Seat were amazing. a wonderful experience!

Would recommend this hotel.
